Alexa's Canine Trust

Alexa's Canine Trust is a volunteer-led charity dedicated to rescuing and rehoming dogs into loving homes. Founded in January 2022, the organization is named after Alexa Nisbet, a passionate advocate for animal welfare in the Northeast for over 30 years. With a team of 6 Trustees and 11 volunteers, Alexa's Canine Trust not only aims to find forever homes for dogs in need but also to provide support to animals and their owners. The charity is currently seeking foster homes to help provide a bridge for rescue dogs on their journey to finding permanent, loving homes.
