Current Period: Less than 45 million average monthly active recipients in the EU.

This information is calculated and updated every six months in accordance with the methodology provided by the European Commission.

5. Content Moderation

5.1 Reporting Illegal Content

Users can report potentially illegal content or activities on our platform through:

5.2 Processing Reports

We process all reports in a timely, diligent, non-arbitrary and objective manner. Upon receiving a report, we will:

  • Acknowledge receipt of the report
  • Review the reported content
  • Take appropriate action if necessary
  • Inform the reporting party of our decision

5.3 Transparency

We publish transparency reports annually containing:

  • Number of reports received
  • Type of alleged illegal content
  • Action taken
  • Average response time

7. Complaint Handling System

7.1 Internal Complaint System

If you disagree with our content moderation decisions, you can submit a complaint through:

7.2 Out-of-Court Dispute Settlement

For unresolved disputes, you may use certified out-of-court dispute settlement bodies. We commit to engaging in good faith with the selected body.

8. Trusted Flaggers

We work with trusted flaggers who have particular expertise in identifying illegal content. Reports from trusted flaggers are prioritized and handled through dedicated channels.

9. Minors Protection

Our service implements specific measures to ensure a high level of privacy, safety, and security for minors:

  • Age verification mechanisms where appropriate
  • Parental control tools
  • Easy-to-understand privacy information for minors
  • Special reporting mechanisms for content harmful to minors

10. Risk Assessment and Mitigation

We regularly assess and mitigate risks related to:

  • Dissemination of illegal content
  • Negative effects on fundamental rights
  • Negative effects on civic discourse and electoral processes
  • Negative effects on gender-based violence, public health, and minors
